Bulleit 95 Rye is a Kentucky rye whiskey in a 1.75 litre bottle, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof). Its mash bill is about 95% rye and 5% malted barley, and it is matured in charred American barrels.
The colour is a warm russet. The nose offers biscuit, baking spice and dried apricot, with subtle oak and the influence of limestone-filtered water.
On the palate, vibrant spice meets light toffee, gentle smoke and woody depth. The finish is long, smooth and satiny, with a crisp rye warmth that lingers.
