Bulleit Bottled in Bond Bourbon Whiskey 2025 Edition (75cl, 50%)

This is a Kentucky straight bourbon at 50% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. It is Bulleit's first Bottled-in-Bond release, distilled in spring 2017 at the Bulleit Distilling Co. in Shelbyville and aged for seven years in a federally bonded warehouse. It uses the brand's high-rye mash bill of 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley. It is the first Bulleit bourbon distilled and aged entirely at the Shelbyville distillery, which opened in 2017. Expect spice and toasted oak on the nose, maple sweetness and warm nutmeg on the palate, and a smooth, lingering butterscotch finish.
