Bulleit Bottled in Bond is a Kentucky straight bourbon made at the Bulleit Distilling Co. in Shelbyville. It is built on a high-rye mash bill, aged for seven years from the Spring 2017 season and bottled at 100 proof. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The nose brings spice and fruit. On the palate there is toasted oak, maple and nutmeg, with butterscotch that lingers into the finish.
