Bulleit Bourbon (175cl)

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey Augustus Bulleit pioneered more than 150 years ago. This 1.75 litre bottle holds a bourbon made from rye, corn and barley malt, with special yeast strains and filtered Kentucky limestone water. The high rye content gives it a bold, spicy character. In the glass it is medium amber, with gentle spice and sweet oak on the nose. The palate is smooth, with maple, oak and nutmeg, and the finish is long, dry and satiny with a light toffee note.
