Bulleit Bourbon (175cl)

Bulleit Bourbon is a Kentucky bourbon in a 1.75 litre bottle, inspired by the whiskey Augustus Bulleit pioneered more than 150 years ago. It is made from rye, corn and malted barley, and the high rye content gives it a bold, spicy character. Special yeast strains and Kentucky limestone-filtered water are part of the recipe. Medium amber in colour, it has a gentle spiciness and sweet oak on the nose. The palate is smooth, with maple, oak and nutmeg, and the finish is long and dry with a light toffee note.
