Bulleit Bourbon Single Barrel is a Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 52% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The mash bill combines corn, rye and malted barley, and the whiskey is made with limestone-filtered water. It is aged in new charred American oak.
The nose brings caramel, toasted oak and a hint of dried fruit. Vanilla and brown sugar lead the palate, followed by bold rye spice, and the finish is warming and lingering.
