Bulleit Bourbon is a straight bourbon whiskey in a 75cl bottle, golden and bright in the glass.
It opens sweet, with vanilla and cookie dough, then turns supple and dry. Corn sweetness runs through the middle, alongside maple, oak and nutmeg.
The nose is dry and restrained, with herbs, orange peel and sweet oak. The finish is long and dry, with leather, black tea, cinnamon and a light toffee note.
