Bulleit Bourbon (70cl)

Bulleit Bourbon is an American whisky made to a high-rye recipe, in a 70cl bottle. The rye gives it a firm, spicy character, set against sweetness from corn and the richness of malted barley. It is aged for at least six years in charred American oak barrels. The nose offers vanilla and caramel with oak, pepper and a little nutmeg. The palate is rich, its sweetness balanced by spicy rye. The finish is long and warm, with spice and a hint of smoke.
