Bulleit Straight Bourbon Whiskey (70cl, 45%)

Bulleit Straight Bourbon is a Kentucky-style bourbon made from the original family recipe that gave the brand its name. The mash bill is 68% corn, 28% rye and 4% malted barley, with water filtered through Kentucky limestone. It matures for at least six years in charred American white oak casks and is bottled at 45% ABV. The corn adds sweetness, the rye brings spice and body, and the small share of malted barley supports fermentation. The bottle is a flask with raised glass lettering and a real cork stopper, a design that echoes the Frontier range from which the bourbon takes its origins.
