Bulleit Straight Rye is a small-batch rye whiskey from Bulleit, which is owned by Diageo. It is bottled at 45% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill has a very high rye content, with the remaining 5% made up of malted barley. The flavours are rich and full, with spice and fruit: vanilla, peach, fresh grass and honey, with a hint of smoke. It can be drunk neat or used in cocktails.
