A blended Scotch whisky from Bulloch Lade & Co, bottled in the 1960s at 43% in a 75cl bottle. The company traces its roots to 1817, when John Bulloch opened the Dunochter distillery. After merging with D. Lade & Co in the mid-19th century it acquired Caol Ila on Islay, and it also owned Lossit and Benmore and was a founding interest in Tamdhu. Bulloch Lade went bankrupt in 1920, its assets were bought by DCL in 1927, and the company was dissolved in 2007 while a Diageo subsidiary.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
