Bunnahabhain – 10 Year Old 2008 - Provenance is a single malt whisky from Bunnahabhain (Islay). Aged 10 years, bottled at 46% ABV, 70cl. Bunnahabhain distillery sits at the northern tip of Islay, overlooking the Sound of Islay. Founded in 1881, it is known for producing predominantly unpeated single malts, making it something of an outlier among its Islay neighbours. The distillery is currently operated by Distell International. This expression was distilled at Bunnahabhain in May 2008 and bottled in March 2019 at 10 years of age, as part of Douglas Laing's Provenance range — a series of single cask, single malt Scotch whiskies bottled without colouring or chill filtration. Bottled at 46% ABV, this release was specially selected for Germany and yielded one of 344 bottles from one single cask. This is a Private Single Cask Bottling.
