This is a 10 year old Bunnahabhain from Islay, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021 by Signatory Vintage at 64.7% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from a single cask, with 694 bottles filled.
The whisky first matured in a refill hogshead, then spent five months finishing in a sherry butt. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is intense, with sherry, roasted coffee and dried fruit.
