This is Bunnahabhain 12 Years Old, an Islay single malt Scotch whisky. It was the first bottling in the Bunnahabhain range.
The whisky is matured in a combination of sherry, bourbon and refill whisky casks, chosen to bring out the nutty, sherried character of the distillery.
It is described as balanced, with sweet fruit, nuts and vanilla, and a delicate coastal influence.
