A 7 year old single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Bunnahabhain and bottled by WM Cadenhead as part of its Original Collection. It was matured entirely in bourbon casks.
The nose is briny and medicinal, with lobster creels. The palate brings soft smoke, cured ham and poached pears. The finish carries flax oil and salted peanuts, with the smoke continuing without overpowering.
