Bunnahabhain – 10 Year Old 2010/2021 Signatory (70cl, 65.5%)

This is a 10 year old Bunnahabhain from Islay, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021 by Signatory Vintage. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 65.5%. It is a single cask bottling from a first fill sherry butt, with an outturn of 701 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The nose offers sugared blackcurrants, dried apricot and a fresh sea breeze. The palate has salted caramel, a mix of red fruit from the sherry cask, strawberries and blackcurrants, cinnamon, liquorice root and a touch of liquorice. The finish is long and fruity, with cocoa notes.
