Bunnahabhain – 10 Year Old 2012/2022 Monument Signatory Vintage (70cl, 43%)

This Bunnahabhain was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2022 at ten years old. It matured in a first-fill sherry cask and was bottled as a single cask at 43% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour. It belongs to Signatory's Monuments series, whose labels show landmarks of Scotland drawn by the artist Petri Jäsperi. Almonds, dates and dark chocolate lead the nose. The palate brings salted caramel, raisins, dark chocolate and oak, and the finish is long, with dried fruit and caramel.
