Bunnahabhain – 11 Year Old 2008/2020 Duncan Taylor (70cl, 55.3%)

This is an 11 year old Bunnahabhain from Islay, distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2020 by Duncan Taylor. It is a single cask bottling of 342 bottles, in a 70cl bottle. It is bottled at a cask strength of 55.3%, without chill-filtration or added water, and with no added colour. The nose is floral, with spice, malt and herbs. On the palate it is velvety soft despite the strength, with sweetness leading, followed by spice, honey and oak. The finish is medium in length and soft, with tropical fruit.
