Bunnahabhain – 12 Year Old Cask Strength 2025 Edition

This is Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old, an Islay single malt bottled at cask strength as the 2025 edition. The distillery stands on Islay's northeast coast. It was founded in 1881 by William Robertson and the Greenlees brothers, who drew on water from the Margadale spring. Through much of the 20th century its malt went into blends such as The Famous Grouse and Black Bottle, and after a brief closure in the early 1980s it began building a name for softer, less-peated single malts of its own.
