Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old Cask Strength is an unpeated Islay single malt, bottled at 56.4% in a 70cl bottle. The 2025 Edition belongs to an annual limited release of the distillery's 12 year old.
It was matured in first-fill, second-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks, and it is non-chill filtered and of natural colour, with no colouring added.
The nose brings golden raisins, apricots, toasted nuts and a light floral note. On the palate, malty sweetness meets soft oak, dried fruit, sultanas, hazelnuts and gentle spice. The finish carries oak spice, light tobacco, sea salt and cocoa powder.
