Bunnahabhain – 15 Year Old White Port Cask Finish (The Westering Home Collection 2026)

Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old White Port Cask Finish is an unpeated Islay single malt. It is the first release in the An Cuan Garbh chapter of the Westering Home Collection, a series inspired by Islay's anthem of return and belonging, and it is a limited Fèis Ìle release. Master Blender Julieann Fernandez chose white port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley for the finish. The whisky is non-chill filtered and naturally coloured. The nose is honeysuckle, elderflower, orchard fruit and candied citrus with honey warmth. Peach, apricot, candied lemon zest, honeyed almonds and ginger spice lead the palate, and the finish is a lingering nutty warmth with sweet candied fruit.
