An 18-year-old single malt from Bunnahabhain on Islay, bottled in 2012 at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in bourbon and sherry casks, mainly sherry, and bottled without chill-filtering.
The nose offers dried fruit, caramel and nuts with a subtle salty note. On the palate it is full-bodied, with dark chocolate, spices, oak and a hint of maritime freshness, followed by a long, warming finish.
