This is Bunnahabhain 18 Year Old, a single malt matured in ex-sherry casks and sold in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery draws on clear spring water from high in the mountains, which runs over hard granite. This is said to give a taste less peaty than the island's other malt whiskies.
It is described as a soft, mellow whisky with a hint of peat.
