Bunnahabhain 22 Year Old is a peated Bunnahabhain Mòine from Islay, distilled in 2004 and bottled in 2026 at 53.6% ABV. It is an Exclusive Release of 624 bottles, selected in collaboration with Spirithöker, with natural colour and no chill-filtration.
Heavy peat smoke meets dark fruit and maritime salt notes. A finish in first-fill Pedro Ximénez casks adds a velvety fullness and pronounced sweetness.
The nose offers peat smoke with date syrup, dark chocolate, prune and cinnamon. The palate is intense and velvety, with smoky molasses, sweet raisins, dark syrupy toffee and oak spice. The finish is long, with sweet dried fruit, peat smoke and a hint of mocha.
