Bunnahabhain 25 Year Old is an unpeated Islay single malt from the distillery's core range, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It is regarded as one of the most mellow unpeated malts from the island.
The nose has rich sherry, sweet caramel and polished leather, with hints of fruitcake and orange. The palate is smooth and creamy, with sweet berries, roasted nuts, malt and dark chocolate. The finish is soft and dry, with a lingering spiced oak warmth, nutmeg and a faint maritime saltiness.
