A 30 year old single malt from Bunnahabhain on Islay, matured in ex-sherry casks and bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in a small batch and is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
Butterscotch, beeswax and sweet sherry lead on the nose. On the palate, strawberries and cream give way to nutty honey cereal and rich toffee. The finish brings stewed berries and ginger, with spicy oak and salted caramel lingering.
