This is a 30 year old single malt distilled at Bunnahabhain on Islay and bottled for the Fèis Ìle festival of 2020, which was cancelled.
Most of its life was spent maturing in a sherry cask, before a finishing period in virgin oak casks. The name Spiorad An Dochais is Gaelic for "Spirit of Hope".
It is said to be spicy but sweet.
