This is a single malt from Bunnahabhain, made to mark Fèis Ìle 2022. Abhainn Araig means 'Araig River' in Scots Gaelic, and the name points to the waters of Islay that inspired the whisky.
It was matured in ex-Bourbon and PX sherry octave casks. The whisky is unpeated and sherried in character.
It is described as velvety and rich, bold and complex.
