Bunnahabhain Fèis Ìle 2023 is a single malt Scotch whisky matured in Canasta casks and bottled at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle.
Its colour is a polished mahogany. The nose has a classic sherry character, with sweet caramelised fruit, toasted nuts with honey, and cinnamon and clove with an aged note.
On the palate, maple syrup comes with creamy vanilla, dried figs and poached pears, with a touch of cocoa and a hint of orange behind. The finish is long and sweet, with brown sugar, red apples and vanilla custard.
