A peated Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, bottled in the Moine series. It is made from peated malted barley and matured in sherry butts, then bottled at 46.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose combines ripe green apple, candied citrus and charred oak with a little smoke. On the palate come caramelised pear, peat smoke and dark chocolate over a velvety texture. The finish is medium to long, with smouldering wood and a hint of sea salt.
