Bunnahabhain Stiùireadair is a lightly peated Islay single malt, matured in first-fill and second-fill ex-sherry casks. Bunnahabhain was founded in 1881 on the north-east of the island and is known for robust, maritime whiskies with only a faint touch of peat.
On the nose there are sultanas, caramel, vanilla and spice. The palate is creamy and soft, with toasted almonds, cinnamon and honey, followed by a salty note and a little peat smoke.
