Stiuireadair is an unpeated Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, matured by the sea on the island's northeast coast. It is made using a mix of first and second fill sherry casks.
The nose has dried fruit and creamy caramel, layered with sea salt, vanilla and nutty notes. The palate is silky and warming, with raisins, brine-touched oak, roasted nuts and spiced toffee. The finish is long and gently spiced, with sherry-soaked fruit and a faint coastal note.
