Stiùireadair is an Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, a Gaelic name meaning Helmsman. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46.3%, is natural colour and is not chill filtered.
Bunnahabhain sits on the northern part of Islay, yet its whisky is only lightly smoky. This expression was matured in used sherry casks and sits alongside the distillery's 12 year old.
The notes include raisins, dried fruit, nuts, sea salt and caramel.
