Bunnahabhain – Toiteach A Dha (70cl)

Toiteach A Dha is an Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, with a higher sherry influence. Bunnahabhain's house style is typically unpeated, and this expression adds a smoky twist by using peated malted barley. The nose has delicate peat smoke, dried fruits and gentle spice. The palate brings sweet sherry, peppered oak, soft smoke and hints of salted caramel. The finish is warming, with smoky undertones, lingering spice and maritime salinity.
