Bunnahabhain Toiteach A Dhà is an Islay single malt bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. The name is Gaelic for "Smoky Two", and it follows the original peated Bunnahabhain Toiteach.
It is matured in roughly 75% sherry casks and 25% bourbon casks.
The nose is dry smoke and cold ash, with lemon and orange peel, cinnamon and walnut. The palate is smoky, oily and peppery, with sweet pear drops, stewed apple, mint, ginger, chocolate, a little tobacco and sea salt. The finish is medium in length, with citrus, dry earthy smoke and a flash of coffee beans.
