Burlotto Gian Carlo Monvigliero Barolo DOCG (13.5%)

This Barolo DOCG Monvigliero from Gian Carlo Burlotto is made from Nebbiolo grown on the highest hill in Verduno, in the heart of the Langhe. It expresses the character of the territory and its prestigious vineyard. It shows a garnet red colour with orange reflections. The aroma is characteristic, ethereal, pleasant and intense, while the palate is dry, full, robust and harmonious. Maturation in wood for 36 months contributes to its complexity and structure, developing its best characteristics in bottle over time. It suits important meat dishes and strongly flavoured aged cheeses, served between 18 and 20 °C.
