A Barolo DOCG from Gian Carlo Burlotto, made from Nebbiolo grown in the Monvigliero vineyard on the highest hill of Verduno, in the Langhe.
It is a red wine of strong identity, matured in wood for 36 months and developing its best characteristics in bottle over time. In the glass it shows a garnet red colour with orange reflections; the nose is characteristic, ethereal, pleasant and intense, while the palate is dry, full, robust and harmonious.
It suits important meat dishes and mature cheeses with a decisive flavour, and is best served at 18-20 °C.
