Burnobennie – Inaugural Release (70cl, 56.7%)

The first single malt from Burnobennie, a Highland distillery, released in October 2026 as a limited edition of 2,020 bottles. The mash bill combines pale, cara and chocolate malts, a brewing-led approach that follows the distillery's belief that flavour is made in the brewhouse rather than taken from the wood. The spirit was distilled in 2021 and matured for five years in a vatting of seven first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, then bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 56.7% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered.
