Bushmills – 10 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Bushmills 10 Year Old is an Irish single malt, triple distilled and matured in bourbon and sherry casks. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle and comes from a distillery described as the oldest in the world. The two cask types give it a fruity, mild character with sherry notes running through it. On the nose it is spicy, with apples, vanilla and toffee. The palate brings sherry, toffee, fruit and chocolate, and the finish is long, with toffee and sherry notes.
