A ten-year-old single malt from Bushmills in Ireland, triple distilled and unpeated, in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It was matured for a long time in bourbon casks, which gives it soft, gentle aromas. The nose is lightly fruity with spice. On the palate there is melted chocolate with hints of honey, and the finish is clean and gentle.
