Bushmills 12 Year Old is an Irish whisky made as a marriage of single malts, each matured for a minimum of 12 years. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The malts were matured in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, and the whisky was then finished for six months in marsala barriques. Those dark, sweet Italian fortified wine casks add spiced dried fruit and a honey sweetness.
