Bushmills 16 Year Old is an Irish single malt bottled at 40%. It is matured in a combination of former Oloroso sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and spends its final months in former port pipes.
The nose is rich and powerful, with toffee syrup and sweet spices. The palate is full-bodied, with caramelised fruit and roasted nuts. The finish is deep, led by jammy berries and dark chocolate.
