Bushmills – 1995 Marsala Cask (57.8%)

Bushmills 1995 Marsala Cask is an Irish single malt, finished in Marsala wine casks and bottled at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV. It is a limited edition and is non-chill-filtered. The malt is triple wood aged. Oloroso sherry casks give a deep, honeyed character with spiced fruit and sweet nuts, while the Marsala casks add caramelised brown sugar with hints of char and roasted black coffee. It was released only in Ireland, as part of the Bushmills Causeway Collection.
