This is a 21 year old Irish single malt from Bushmills. It spent at least 19 years maturing in former Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon-seasoned casks.
The whiskey was then married and moved into Madeira casks for a further 2 years of maturation.
It is described as having dried fruit flavours woven through a spicy, aromatic maltiness, with subtle nutty raisin notes and a rich, long finish.
