Bushmills 25 Year Old is an Irish single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle, with a release of 3500 bottles.
The whiskey first matured in bourbon barrels and sherry butts. It was then finished for 21 years in a first-fill ruby port pipe oak cask, which adds dark fruit character.
On the palate, sweet almond tones give way to caramelised fruit, which develops into rich dark chocolate mingled with sweet spices.
