Bushmills – 30 Year Old Irish Single Malt Whiskey (75cl)

Bushmills 30 Year Old is an Irish single malt, triple-distilled from 100% malted barley, and the longest-aged Irish whiskey in the Bushmills range. The inaugural release spent fourteen years in hand-selected bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts along the cold north coast of Ireland. It was then married and aged further in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks that had first been seasoned for two years with fortified wine from Jerez. The combination of bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks gives a powerful, complex flavour profile with considerable richness.
