Black Bush is a deluxe Irish blend of triple distilled whiskeys from Bushmills, made up of 80% malt whiskey. Some of the whiskey in the blend has been aged for up to 18 years.
The malted barley is dried in closed kilns, so no peat smoke touches it. Maturation is mainly in oloroso sherry casks.
The aroma is full-bodied, with spicy, malty and nutty notes and a sweet sherry character.
