A triple distilled Irish whiskey from Bushmills, matured in sherry casks and bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is fresh oak softened by sherry. The palate is full and well balanced, oaky, fudgy and buttery, with the rosewater character of Bushmills.
The finish is dry and grainy, and easy to come back to.
