Black Bush is an Irish whiskey from the Old Bushmills distillery, made with a high proportion of triple-distilled malt. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The whiskey was aged for around 10 years in oloroso sherry casks and bourbon casks. The nose brings citrus, sultanas, vanilla, herbs, dried flowers and cedar wood. The palate is very fruity and soft with some spice, and the long finish recalls pastry.
