Black Bush is an Irish whiskey from the Bushmills distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, in a 70cl bottle. Its maturation takes place mainly in Oloroso sherry casks. On the nose it is sweet, with ripe plums and raisins alongside almond and caramel. The palate is soft and rounded, balancing malt sweetness with dried fruit, and the finish is long and gently spiced.
